The provision of third party Quality, Safety and Environmental certification services for the Structures section of Engineering & Technology (the Customer) over the 2013/2014 financial year.
We would want the Structures Directorate to be certified in their role of coordination of the Structures Sections - currently defined as "provision of capability and systems coordination, specifically overseeing the section's quality management activities"
And then the Sections of Structures would receive a certification showing they comply with specific areas of AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008.
This may need to be reviewed following a gap audit and a further agreement on what specific areas we need to ensure are certified.
