The Ministerial Council for Education, Early Childhood Development and Youth Affairs (MCEECDYA), through the Queensland Government Department of Education and Training is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced organisations and/or consortia to develop, trial, administer, mark and analyse assessment instruments for Years 6 and 10 Australian students in ICT literacy, to equate those results to the 2005/2008 data proficiency standards, and report on the national achievement of Australian students.
