Racing Queensland requires service, support and maintenance on its AVAYA PABX phone system located at its Deagon Head Office.
Racing Queensland requires standard support coverage:
5 x 10 x 04 support:
o Monday – Friday 8AM – 6PM
o 4 hour response for major faults
Specifically excluded items include handsets and UPS.
Specifically included items include one Preventative Maintenance visit per year and one System Audit per year. |
