Economic Development Queensland invites tenders for electrical reticulation, street lighting, substations and communications and gas trenching works of Stage 8B of the Fitzgibbon Chase development, Norris Road, Fitzgibbon.
This invitation to tender has been prepared by JJ Van der Boor & Associates on behalf of Economic Development Queensland as its electrical consultant. JJ van der Boor & Associates will assist with the selection of the preferred contractor. The work for this contract includes the electrical reticulation, street lighting, substations and communications and gas trenching works for a 24 lot subdivision located in Stage 8B. It is intended to novate the successful Electrical Contractor into the Civil Works contract.
This is a single lump sum contract. The schedule of prices does not form part of the contract. They have been included for variation purposes only
