Construction of an upgrade to the intersection at Samford Road and Wardell Street, and an upgrade with signal control to the Samford Road and Imbros Street intersection. New pavement and pavement overlay construction along Samford Road, Wardell street and the adjacent local road connections. All associated drainage including Sandy Creek culvert widening, lighting, landscaping and utility plant relocations.
