1 SCOPE OF OFFER The works to be undertaken are the full extraction of the following piles (as shown on Drawing P3183):
• G1 to G8 • F1 to F12 • E3 to E12
Piles that cannot be fully extracted shall be cut off at or below LAT -3.5.
2 BASIS OF PRICING The lump sum price includes all of the plant, labour and materials for:
• Pre-establishment items such as insurances and the Construction Safety Plan. • Establishment and dis-establishment. • Full extraction of piles. • Cutoff at LAT -3.5 if full extraction is not achieved. • Onshore disposal of piles.
