Project Management to design and construct an Operation Centre in Bowen
3.2.1 The successful contractor will be required to project manage, through the provision of creative, practical and professional advice, the: - design of an Operation Centre, ensuring the agreed requirements and concepts are converted to actual design drawings for approval and then to final detailed design for the build - submission and acquisition of all required approvals at the appropriate times - construction of the Operation Centre (Stage 1) including fit-out and furnishing - acquisition of building certification at the appropriate time - provision of walkway, driveway, car parking, and landscaping to Stage 1 (see below) - fencing of the Operation Centre site - establishment of appropriate project controls and governance framework to ensure the Operation Centre is delivered in a timely manner, meeting the needs of the End User.
