Interested banks must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide a complete package of banking services for The University of Queensland that incorporates the following at a minimum:
1. Transactional bank accounts and suitable account structures (including $USD denominated accounts); 2. Investment and Cash Management services; 3. Suitable Electronic Banking Systems (including Electronic Data Exchange); 4. Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable services; 5. Commercial Card facility; 6. Complete Merchant EFTPOS facility; 7. BPay, Payment Gateways and internet Merchant Accounts; 8. Full service Foreign Exchange facility; 9. Quality Customer Relationship Management; and 10. Other additional services that may benefit The University of Queensland, its employees and students.
