Queensland Rail invites tenders from suitably qualified entities for the Construction Management of raising of platforms at a number of stations in the electrified passenger network. Queensland Rail is committed to a program of raising platforms over the current financial year, the first being Wooloowin Station, and is seeking a firm which is innovative in its approach to construction works within the operating rail environment and which fully supports Queensland Rail’s customer–focused approach.
For this work, Queensland Rail’s priorities are: • Safety, • Minimum disruption to train operations, • Minimum disruption to passengers, and • Value for money for the works to be undertaken.
