Queensland State Velodrome Project - Principal Consultant including Sub-Consultants and Concept Design Submission
The department is seeking offers for consultancy services including a comprehensive sub- consultants’ design team and a concept design for the Queensland State Velodrome.
The primary purpose of the Concept Design Submission is to select; • A Precinct Master Plan concept design that best accommodates the requirements of current and future Sleeman Sports Complex facilities/uses, the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games and the constraints of the precinct; • A building concept design that can translate the State Velodrome briefing requirements into a world class facility that is suitable for the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games within the nominated budget; and • A Principal Consultant and Secondary Consultants team best able to work with the key project stakeholders.
