Tenderers prequalified at level R3 F4 or higher are invited to tender for the Flood Recovery Works on the Bruce Highway. This is a federally funded project and tenderers are advised that the Federal Building Code 2013 and the Queensland Code of Practice apply.
Where a prequalification level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Department of Transport and Main Roads Prequalification System for the levels outlined in the tender.
