Civil Contractor - Stage 14 and 15 Civil Works - Fitzgibbon Chase Estate, Fitzgibbon
The works involve the production of residential allotments to be serviced by roadworks, stormwater drainage, water supply, FiSH, Potaroo and sewer reticulation at Fitzgibbon Chase.
Stage 14 and 15 civil works will be constructed as Separable Portions under the contract with Stage 14 preceding the construction of Stage 15. The contractor is to provide separate construction programmes for each stage of the project indicating in detail the manner in which the works are to be constructed.
