The EM IPCDD is seeking to engage a Technical Advisor to assist in a consultative capacity up until the end of financial year. The Technical Advisor may be required to draft papers, review technical papers, attend briefings, and provide advice. The advisor will have no delegations, direct reports, or decision making authority.
