Provision of the Water and Land Compliance Enhancement Project (WLCEP).
It is proposed the WLCEP will be made up of two components which will need to be delivered concurrently:
• design, develop and implement a regulatory training program (WLCEP);
• design, develop and implement a complimentary eLearning project..
