This ITO is aimed at meeting the needs of the University as it moves to incorporate a Vocational Educational Sector into its planning & budget processes.
CQUniversity uses a series of models in TM1, updated and reported via Excel, to underpin its estimation, planning and budget processes. Performance issues experienced during numerous budget exercises in the first half of 2013 lead to commissioning of an independent review of our infrastructure and models.
