Development and Implementation of a Space and Asset Management System
As an approved initiative, the Space and Asset Management project is tasked with the integration of a Space Management system software program into the University. At a high level this system is expected to provide a representation of all the Universitys space, and allow the streamlining and consolidation of office and teaching space inventory management and reporting, personnel and occupancy tracking and employee move/relocation management.
The second phase of this project will be the integration of an Asset Management system. This system will be required to integrate with the Space Management system and manage reactive maintenance work requests, proactive maintenance scheduling and the management of capital new works.
