Project Management and Contract Superintendency Services for Townsville Sub Acute Facility
The Townsville Sub Acute Facility (TSAF) will be a purpose-built forty-five (45) bed complex located on the north-western corner of the Eastern Campus of The Townsville Hospital (Project). The Project has received approved funding of $19.5 million from the Federal Government and a further $3 million from the Townsville Hospital and Health Service (THHS).
Offers are invited for entering into a Consultancy Agreement for the Project, in accordance with the conditions of this Request for Offer for the following consultancy services for the Construction and Post-Completion phases of the Project: - Project Manager (PM); - Programming; - Superintendent; and - Superintendent’s Representative (SR).
