The Department of Environment and Resource Management is seeking expert consultancy services in the areas of complex commercial valuations, valuations law and practice and economic modelling to inform its valuations reform project. The key objectives of the consultancy will be to provide Government with options on the introduction of site value and other reforms to the valuation process in Queensland.
