ICT as a Service - Stakeholder Engagement
DHPW is now seeking an integrator to bring together the foundation streams and take responsibility for developing and delivering an ‘ICT as a Service Stakeholder Engagement Plan’. This plan will consolidate the engagement associated with the three streams to ensure all stakeholders are given an opportunity to contribute to the blueprint and that a consistent and efficient approach is taken to engagement.
Stakeholder engagement will allow the finalisation of the blueprint which will identify the prioritised services to be assessed.
