Provision of Vegetation Management (Slashing / Mowing) to RoadTek North Central Queensland
The purpose of this document is to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the services of Vegetation Management (Slashing / Mowing) for the Central Queensland region for the period 2014 - 2015. The primary purpose of Vegetation Management (Slashing / Mowing) is to maintain the grass and other vegetation to a standard that allows the travelling public to have an unimpeded view of all road furniture including signs, guide markers and guardrails, and to improve the ‘entering sight distance’ to intersections where vegetation may cause visibility restrictions.
