Supply and Installation of a Storage Shed/Building for Oceanview Staging Area - Curtis Island National Park
The Department of National Parks, Recreation, Sport and Racing (NPRSR) is inviting offer from suitably qualified suppliers for the fabrication, supply and installation of a storage shed / building at “Oceanview” Base, Environmental Management Precinct, Curtis Island.
The Successful Offeror will be required to undertake the following scope of works:
To undertake the role of Principle Contractor for the project
Complete the construction of the storage facility in accordance with the plans and documentation, including building, carpentry works, painting and electrical fit-out as specified.
Liaise with building certifier to successful completion of final inspection.
Liaise with QPWS project manager for successful completion of work.
Safety management of the works.
All works are to be carried out with minimal disruption to the public.
