Desktop Upgrades Pre-requisities Planning
A key business objective for the Chief Information Office is to migrate the department off the Microsoft Windows XP and Office 2003 Professional desktop to a Microsoft Windows Win 8.1/8.1 update 1 (8.1.1) and office 2013/Office 365 desktop platform.
This engagement will look specifically at the corporate (CORP) network which serves Shared Corporate Services but also the Chief Information Office, ICT Strategic Sourcing and several other smaller groups within DSITIA.
