Lease opportunity for Julia Creek dip paddocks
The department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry has two vacant dip paddocks in Julia Creek available for agistment. The two paddocks are known as the Stock Route Paddock which is approximately 2429 Ha with the capacity to run a maximum of 275 head of dry cattle and the Highway Paddock is approximately 728 Ha with the capacity to run a maximum of 85 dry cattle.
Only one Offeror will be awarded the lease agreement. The term of the agreement will be an initial period of 12 months. Two options to extend each for an additional period of 12 months may be offered to the Trustee dependant on Trustees requirements and the satisfactory performance of the Permittee.
Offerors are asked to provide their best offered price to use these paddocks for the agistment of their livestock.
