For the Supply of Graduation Ceremony Marquees and Equipment
The purpose of this invitation is to obtain offers from suppliers who will be able to provide a cost effective, efficient and reliable service for graduation equipment for the biannual (twice-yearly) graduation ceremonies held at St Lucia, Gatton and Ipswich. The anticipated contract would be for a period of 12 months with an option to extend for two additional twelve month periods (1 + 1 + 1). The University of Queensland currently holds Graduations in July and December of each year at three campuses – St Lucia, Gatton and Ipswich.
