Provision of Civil Contractor, Clearview Rise - Bowen Street Roma - Stage 3
You are invited to submit a lump sum tender for the delivery of Stage 3 at Clearview Rise, Roma including earthworks, roads, stormwater drainage, water and sewer reticulation, electrical and telecommunications (NBN Co pit & pipe) reticulation.
Stage 3A (23 lots) and 3B (21 lots) could be delivered as separable portions to facilitate settlements if needed however the contract is offered as a single contract of 44 lots.
Note: Electrical component must be undertaken by a sub-contractor with Ergon Energy “A” accreditation
