RFQ for the Provision of a Business Intelligence Implementation Plan Consultancy
The Request for Tender invites Offers for the following requirements from specialist ICT consultant vendors to:
• undertake a review of enterprise reporting processes and systems,
• develop high level business requirements, in accordance with the target operational model developed by the Enterprise Excellence Program
• analyse utility industry IT directions including benchmarked options, and
• present options and recommended solutions with an implementation plan
to deliver QUUs strategic direction with respect to Business Intelligence over the coming four (4) years.
