The Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service (QPWS), a part of the Department of National Parks, Recreation, Sport and Racing (NPRSR) is the nature conservation agency responsible for managing Protected Areas throughout the State
QPWS intends to upgrade the toilet block and day use area (DUA) at Jolly’s Lookout, located in the D’Aguilar National Park. The existing toilet block will be refurbished and upgraded to improve disability access and waste treatment. The DUA will be upgraded with new BBQs and replacement of deteriorating materials.
Jolly’s Lookout is located in the South D’Aguilar section and is easily accessible from Brisbane. Access is via Mount Nebo Road (tourist route number 8) from The Gap, or via Samford along Samford and Mount Glorious roads (tourist route number 9).
