SPS-CLM081is a dry/wet well configuration sewer pump station with two existing line shaft driven pumps. The pumps are becoming unreliable and spare parts are no longer available. The pumps also have insufficient capacity to convey peak wet weather flows. The project is for the replacement of the pumps with dry mounted submersibles as well as associated pipework. The wet well inlet pipework requires modifications to reduce blockages occurring. The pump station also has some access and safety issues that are to be addressed as part of this project.
