This consultancy seeks to undertake an analysis of the risks and benefits of a proposed alliance between the Queensland and New South Wales governments to deliver the STREAMS and SCATS Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), investigate the viability of such an alliance, and provide options to both governments for a way forward.
