Agile Business Improvement Program
The Department of Natural Resources and Mines (the department) is implementing an Agile way of managing its business to focus on outcomes and the needs of our customers. This will enhance our day-to-day business and deliver improved reform outcomes at both a program and project level.
The Department is seeking a suitably qualified professional contractor to support and champion an Agile business improvement program that accelerates the uptake of the Agile way of doing business across the Department’s portfolio through coaching and mentoring of staff at all levels.
