Provision of consultancy services for the tendering management of the Queensland Rail NGR Systems Project
The purpose of this request for proposal is to allow suppliers to propose their services as subject matter experts in tender management. The successful respondent to this tender will be engaged to manage three (3) end-to-end tender processes leading to the selection of a suitable COTS Integrated Train Operations Product (ITOPS), Solution Implementation Partner (SIP) and Change Management Partner (CMP).
