The purpose of this RFP is to procure the services of a suitably qualified engineering consultant sourced from the Queensland Rail Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy Panel (CON-4975) or Architecture, Surveying & Other Specialist Services (CON-4923) to undertake a review of the project and provide a Construction Planning Program to confirm the scope can be achieved in the SCAS closure and undertake a P90 cost estimate for the South Pine River & Tributary Creek Bridges Upgrade Project.
