The software Support Services that are to be provided include: • Implement eDRMS and See Unity software upgrades • Document all changes to the DERM configuration of the eDRMS software • Provide support for the software as required in person or via telephone or email • In consultation with DERM Strategic Recordkeeping Implementation Project staff make changes to the eDRMS configuration • Assist DERM staff in installation of the eDRMS and See Unity software
