| Economic Development Queensland invites tenders for electrical reticulation, street lighting, substations and communications and gas trenching works for Stages 17 and 18 also known as (also known as Area G2A & G2B) at the Fitzgibbon Chase development, Norris Road, Fitzgibbon.
It is mandatory that electrical contractors have an Energex A rating accreditation.
This invitation to tender has been prepared by JJ Van der Boor & Associated on behalf of Economic Development Queensland as its electrical consultant. JJ van der Boor & Associated will assist with the selection of the preferred contractor.
The work for this contract includes the electrical reticulation, street lighting, substations and communications and gas trenching works for a 49 & 41 lot subdivision located in Stage 17 and Stage 18 as two separate projects. This project also includes the provision of some underground distribution pits as part of an EDQ/Energex trial.
It is intended to novate the successful Electrical Contractor into the Civil Works contract.
