The Department of Transport and Main Roads invites offers for the provision of Performance Based Standards (PBS) Level 2 Class B Route Audit, Brisbane to Toowoomba (PBS Audit).
The purpose of the PBS Audit is to:
determine the outcomes of PBS 2B road classification
develop and apply a systematic route audit methodology
evaluate the performance of the PBS 2B transport system
develop tools and guidelines for future route audits.
The PBS audit is to be completed by June 2015 and the study area is limited to PBS 2B approved roads between the Port of Brisbane (PoB) and Toowoomba.
