| Unitywater’s Northern Service Centre was constructed within the past year and occupied in March of 2014.
This facility is owned by Unitywater. Unitywater is implementing a Carbon and Cost Abatement Management
Plan. This plan recommends renewable energy as a carbon and cost abatement initiative. This contract will
initiate large scale solar power generation for Unitywater. The building was designed with provisions to
facilitate easy installation. The system has been sized at 95kW, based on the measured and projected loads
of the building and also the consideration of terms within the federal government scheme for projects < 100
kW.
