Offers are invited to provide Route Strategies and Link Plan for an updated Master Plan of the Pacific Motorway (M1) between Gateway Motorway and Logan River.
Stage 2 - SCHD3212 Gateway Motorway to Loganlea Rd
Stage 3 - SCHD3213 Loganlea Rd to Logan River
Two Contracts (Stage 2 & 3) are invited at the same time. Consultants will be required to complete the full non-price and price assessment for Stage 2 Contract. The assessment scoring where commonality in non-price criteria such as Technical Skills of Key Team Members, Relationship Management and Quality of Deliverables will be transferred into Stage 3. Assessment criteria for Delivering the Service and Price will only be required for Stage 3. The Consultant that is awarded Stage 2 contract will be removed from Stage 3 assessment. Refer to Clause 1.7.1 for further information.
