Offers are invited from Sealing Contractors for bitumen resurfacing works within Darling Downs District on the State Controlled Roads Network. The scope of works is Geotextile Seals in Toowoomba Region and a Crumbed Rubber Seal Trial in the Lockyer Valley. The bulk of the works include the supply, transport and spraying of bitumen and the supply and spreading of geotextile and cover aggregate.
