The purpose of this Invitation to Offer is to engage an appropriately qualified and experienced company to supply two (2) modification kits and obtain CAR 35 certification for the upgrade of two Emergency Management Queensland Helicopter Rescue Bell 412 helicopters to achieve Generation III Night Vision Goggle compatibility and Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) compliance.
This project does not include installation.
