Computers for Teachers Program (Phase 8)
Since 2006, The Computers for Teachers program has provided up to approximately 42,000 Queensland school and TAFE teachers with a permanent employment fraction of 0.4FTE and above with a laptop computer for their use to improve learning and communication via new technologies. The program has completed the initial rollout and is now refreshing the devices to ensure teachers have the most up-to-date tools.
Invitation to Offer (ITO) DETESOA-62229 is limited to the current signatories to QGCPO 861-12 Education Schedule and anticipates the establishment of an ICT Standing Offer Arrangement under QGCPO 861-12 with one or more Contractor/s for twelve (12) months for a requirement of up to approximately 12,000 Computing devices.
