Earlier this year, Ms Nancy Esler raised concerns in relation to tensions between herself and Mr Lloyd Taylor. An attempted mediation occurred in March 2013 but was unsuccessful. It was determined that a review of the business area would be conducted, which was performed by Mischa Fahl. A recommendation from this review was that a level of separation occurs between Ms Esler and Mr Taylor. Ms Esler was temporarily placed in Portfolio Management Office.
