A desktop study to review the existing alignment of the proposed Western Ipswich Bypass (WIB). This study will take into consideration the:-
- Current design standards, rationalisation of interchanges
- Necessary enhancements of the local road network to support the function of the WIB and future land uses; and
- Possible staging scenarios for implementation of the WIB and the supporting road network.
