Provision of Engineering Services to undertake a desktop study to review the existing Kenmore Bypass planning to assess planning consistency and to develop a strategy to improve transport outcomes for the region served by Moggill Road. This could include a staged approach to delivery of the Kenmore Bypass and would consider opportunities that it could produce for the future land development.
