Delivery of Queensland Government emergency and transitional services at Wacol Brisbane and One Mile Ipswich
The Department requests offers for the provision of services to operate emergency and transitional disability facilities located at Wacol, Brisbane and One Mile, Ipswich, inclusive of accommodation support and transition coordination. Offerors may submit an offer for operation of either the Wacol or One Mile facility, or both facilities.
The Department intends to enter into a Service Agreement and Lease with the successful offeror/s for delivery of the services at the respective facilities.
A site inspection for the facility at One Mile Ipswich, is scheduled from 12:00pm to 2:00pm on Friday 12 September 2014. Offerors wishing to inspect this site must contact the Contact Officer by no later than 5:00pm on Thursday 11 September 2014 and provide names of each of the visitors. Only the nominated visitors will be allowed access to the site. The Contact Officer will provide the address of the site at that time. The facility at Wacol Brisbane is currently being refurbished and is not available for a site inspection.
