This tender is for civil construction works including Earthwork, Road Works, Stormwater Drainage, Water and Sewer infrastructure.

It is intended that award of this tender will be made early January 2015 for works to commence mid/late January 2015.

In parallel to this tender, contractors are being sought for the electrical reticulation and NBN as well as Sewage Pump Station A56D.  Construction of the sewage pump station will occur during construction of Stage 5 (refer to brief).
