Provision of Landscape Maintenance Services - Fitzgibbon Chase
You are invited to submit a lump sum tender to undertake landscape maintenance works within the Fitzgibbon Chase Estate, Fitzgibbon Priority Development Area (PDA).
The landscape maintenance works are split into 11 separable portions (shown in LM01 and LM02 in Fitzgibbon Chase Landscape Maintenance Specification);
Separable Portion 1: Includes the majority of the site and is comprised of the areas that have currently been undergoing landscape maintenance, with landscape maintenance required from 20 November 2014
Separable Portion 2: Includes Kimberly Park and the Bushland Tracks and Trails, with landscape maintenance required from 20 November 2014 – EDQ would like this portion of works to be undertaken by a social enterprise organisation as a subcontractor to the landscape contractor, and it is the Tenderer’s responsibility to provide evidence of social enterprise scope of services, price and agreement of a social enterprise organisation to work as a sub-contractor.
Separable Portion 3: Area F1 – SP1, with landscape maintenance required from 5 December 2014
Separable Portion 4: Stage 8 – SP1, with landscape maintenance required from 5 February 2015
Separable Portion 5: Stage 8 Park, with landscape maintenance required from 8 April 2015
Separable Portion 6: Stage 14, with landscape maintenance required from 9 June 2015
Separable Portion 7: Stage 11 Park, with landscape maintenance required from 10 July 2015
Separable Portion 8: Stage 11, 12 & 15, with landscape maintenance required from 8 August 2015
Separable Portion 9: Stage 7D Park & Stage 8 Revegetation, with landscape maintenance required from 19 August 2015
Separable Portion 10: Norris Road Median Basins, with landscape maintenance required from 23 September 2015
Separable Portion 11: The remainder of the site and including all areas where landscape contractor off-maintenance will not occur until 20 November 2015 – This portion will only be required if the options are exercised
