  • measure customer satisfaction with QSS and CAA services to provide an overall satisfaction rating with these two entities for inclusion in the departmental SDS
  • seek opinions on QSS and CAA service delivery, performance, customer service and relationship management
  • compare results with previous surveys
  • identify business improvement opportunities

highlight potential service issues and develop and implement appropriate response actions.
