The timber railway bridges located at 83.190km and 84.000km on the Main Line (West Moreton System) are duplicated track (two separate bridges per location). The flood opening located at 83.930km consists of concrete substructure and steel spans, also with duplicated track. All three locations are located between Laidley and Forest Hill stations on the Grandchester to Helidon section.
The locations of the sites are further defined on the Location Plan contained in the information package.
This Design and Construct contract is for the replacement of the structures at the three locations and any associated works.
