The department is seeking offers to provide specialist property and commercial advice to the Government Land and Asset Management (GLAM) team within the department for the work programs that have been identified as part of the Property Asset Utilisation Review (PAUR).
The department has also identified the further potential need for property and commercial services more broadly than GLAM’s immediate requirements and may establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for these services utilising this invitation process and the responses received.
