Social Scientist National Hendra Virus Research Program (NHeVRP)
A social scientist is required to achieve outcomes of the NHeVRP, identifying impediments to implementing recommeded risk management strategies, including vaccination, to reduce Hendra virus infection in horses. The social scientist will be required for a period of one year and at the conclusion of that period will report on the in-depth conversations with horse-owners.
